Your Role: Driving Site Transformation

Within our 'Site Transformation' Growth Business Area, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to lead the development and implementation of site visions across key Uniper locations in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these sites by integrating existing assets with new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive site vision that outlines the transformation strategy for each location, encompassing both existing infrastructure and emerging opportunities.
  • Define the strategic agenda for specific sites, coordinating all development activities and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within your team.
  • Drive critical enabling infrastructure projects (up to FD) that enhance site capabilities and support Uniper's growth initiatives. This includes leveraging synergies and benefits of integrated site ingredients such as H2 grid connections, water supply, power grid connections, and zoning plan amendments.
  • Prepare high-quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management functions, up to the Board of Management (BoM).
  • Lead or actively participate in Project Committees, ensuring effective governance and oversight of site development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Integration Managers from Energy Assets, Growth Project Managers from New Green Power & Gas areas, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in site development, infrastructure management, or related fields. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive complex projects are essential for success in this role.
