Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a site vision that combines existing assets with new opportunities.
- Shape the agenda for a specific location and coordinate site-relevant initial development activities.
- Drive enabling infrastructure projects to enhance the site and support Uniper's growth projects.
- Prepare high-quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management functions.
- Lead or participate in Project Committees and take ownership of site development governance.
- Liaise with Site Integration Managers, Growth Project Managers, and Demolition & Rehabilitation Managers.
- Manage stakeholder relations in alignment with Uniper's communication department.
- Foster cross-country knowledge sharing and drive standardization of site development activities.
Your Profile
- University degree in relevant studies, such as engineering, business administration, or physics.
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in developing and managing large projects, preferably related to power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
- Certified project management skills.
- Experience in leading international teams and complex business development activities.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking, combined with prioritization skills.
- Strong personal credibility, team-working skills, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative and open-minded individual with excellent communication skills.
- Professional command of local language and English, with another language beneficial.
- Willingness to show strong local presence at respective site location.
