Regional Digital Transformation Lead for Energy German GT Fleet

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Uniper SE. As a Regional Digital Transformation Lead for Energy German GT Fleet, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation within our German GT Fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Transformation Strategies: Develop and continuously adjust vision and targets for the digital transformation of our German GT operations business.
- Support Digital Adoption: Support the adoption of existing digital solutions in all relevant GT sites and support respective GT Fleet teams in identifying areas for digital solutions.
- Coach and Train Employees: Coach central GT Fleet colleagues and sites to develop their own transformation solutions and train employees on new tools and methods.
- Represent Regional GT Fleet: Represent regional GT Fleet in digitalization projects within Uniper group and contribute to corporate digitalization projects.
- Build Internal and Cross-Company Networks: Build up internal and cross-company networks, participate actively in relevant communities to scout innovative digital trends and new business models.
- Drive Cultural Change: Drive cultural change by introducing New Ways of Working and promote share culture, agile working frameworks, and train employees on new digital tools and methods.
- Practical Work Experience: Practical work experience in relevant functions and business areas such as Power Station Operations & Maintenance.
- Project Management Experience: Proven project management experience including the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Digital Innovation: Self-motivated and passionate about digital innovation with a high degree of personal responsibility/initiative, creativity, willingness to change and innovate.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication skills and ability to inspire employees to digital ways of working.
- Technical Understanding: Good understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their fields of application, as well as good technical understanding of Plant operations.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
- Experience with Digital Initiatives: Experience with implementing digital initiatives in specific roles, groups, or business units.
- Agile Ways of Working: Experienced with agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Lean, etc.).
