For our Growth Business Area "Site Transformation" within the Green Power & Heat (GP&H) division, we are seeking Site Transformation Leads. Join us in playing a pivotal role in the Energy Transition and oversee the evolution and enhancement of key Uniper locations across various countries as a significant contribution to our expansion strategy. Your Responsibilities

  • Direct the formulation and execution of a "site vision" that outlines the transformation of current Uniper sites by integrating existing assets with new prospects.
  • Establish the agenda for specific locations and coordinate all initial development activities relevant to the site, considering innovative business and operational models while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Drive enabling infrastructure initiatives that enhance the site and support Uniper's growth projects by leveraging synergies and benefits from integrated site components.
  • Prepare high-quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management levels.
  • Lead or actively engage in Project Committees and take ownership of governance related to site development.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Integration Managers from Energy Assets and Growth Project Managers from the New Green Power & Gas sectors.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships in alignment with Uniper's communication strategies.
  • Encourage cross-country knowledge sharing and promote the standardization of site development practices through lessons learned, continuously questioning and enhancing our approach.

Your Profile

  • University degree in relevant fields such as engineering, business administration, or physics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in developing and managing large-scale projects, preferably in power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
  • Certified project management qualifications.
  • Experience in leading international teams and managing complex multi-company business development initiatives.
  • Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities, with a holistic prioritization approach.
  • Strong personal credibility, capable of successful Board presentations, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across the Uniper Group.
  • Creative and open-minded, with a fresh perspective, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in the local language and English (knowledge of another language from a Uniper core country is advantageous).
  • Willingness to maintain a strong local presence at the respective site location.
