Transformation and Development Lead

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a site vision that combines existing assets with new opportunities.
  • Shape the agenda for a specific location and coordinate site-relevant initial development activities.
  • Drive enabling infrastructure projects to enhance the site and support Uniper's growth projects.
  • Prepare high-quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management functions.
  • Lead or participate in Project Committees and take ownership of site development governance.
  • Liaise with Site Integration Managers, Growth Project Managers, and Demolition & Rehabilitation Managers.
  • Manage stakeholder relations in alignment with Uniper's communication department.
  • Foster cross-country knowledge sharing and drive standardization of site development activities.

Your Profile

  • University degree in relevant studies, such as engineering, business administration, or physics.
  • Minimum 5 years of expertise in developing and managing large projects, preferably related to power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
  • Certified project management skills.
  • Experience in leading international teams and complex business development activities.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking, combined with prioritization skills.
  • Strong personal credibility, team-working skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative and open-minded individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional command of local language and English, with another language beneficial.
  • Willingness to show strong local presence at respective site location.
