Job Overview
The Head of Marketing and Strategy will be responsible for leading the marketing and business development efforts of Nexperia's Business Group. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing market intelligence, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Business Group, including market analysis and competitor research
- Manage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives
- Oversee analysis of market data and modeling of future scenarios
- Benchmark Nexperia against competitors from multiple cross sections
- Design and implement governance frameworks for business development
- Develop relevant business partnerships to drive business growth
- Attend industry events and engage with customers to stay up-to-date on market dynamics
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
