Sales Manager for Light Commercial Vehicles

To drive the growth of Kia's Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales in Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for Kia's LCVs in Europe.
- Identify and pursue new LCV business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between LCV customer requirements and product development initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contracts in line with company policies and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on LCV sales activities, opportunities, and market trends to the management team.
- University degree in Business Administration or International Business.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in the Automotive sector, preferably in OEM or Fleet sector-related roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Fleet/LCV sector, Fleet business, Leasing market, and Fleet-related products and services.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and forward-thinking with excellent communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language is an advantage.
