Sales Manager for Light Commercial Vehicles

To enhance the Kia Corporate Sales Organization at Regional / Market level, focusing on day-to-day management of International Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) Key Accounts, LCV Sales Campaign Development, LCV Customer Tender Response, and supporting Residual Value Van-to-Market Studies.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with International LCV Key Accounts, including Large Corporate Fleets, Key Full-Service Leasing Providers, Rent-A-Car Companies, and other large commercial entities throughout Europe.
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for Kia in the European LCV market.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and pursue new LCV business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between LCV customer requirements and LCV product development initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contracts in line with company policies and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on LCV Key Account Management activities, opportunities, sales successes, key market trends, and LCV specific customer feedback to the management team.
- Represent the company at LCV industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster strong relationships.
- University degree in Business Administration or International Business.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in the Automotive sector, preferably OEM or Fleet sector related.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Fleet/LCV sector, Fleet business, Leasing market, and Fleet related products and services.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and forward-thinking with great communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage.
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
