Job Title: Team Lead for Process Development in Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Sales team at ELA Container GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing standardized sales processes at the European level and establishing and further developing structures and processes in the Rental Helpdesk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and further development of the Internal Rental Helpdesk team
  • Establishing a standardized and efficient work process in the European internal sales department
  • Optimization of sales and ERP processes
  • Ensuring smooth communication between internal sales, the strategic sales area, and other departments
  • Collaboration on strategic projects
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in sales, IT, sales management, or a comparable position
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in an IT or sales environment
  • Sound experience with ERP systems, especially in the adaptation and optimization of sales processes
  • Technical understanding of ERP integration in operational processes and the ability to identify and implement improvements in the system
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 10% of working time)
