Energy Market Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Energy Market Strategist to join our team at EPEX SPOT SE. As a dynamic and fast-paced company operating in the energy transition and FinTech industries, we shape the future of the European power market by supporting decarbonisation, decentralisation, and digitalisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve implementing sales strategies that lead to high customer satisfaction as part of our Key Account Management Team. You will be the key contact point for clients and prospects, reporting to the Director of Sales.
- Sustain, strengthen, and broaden relationships with existing clients to drive client retention, fee renewals, and client satisfaction.
- Attain sales objectives in a competitive context through effective relationship management and business development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in key account management within a competitive multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A self-motivated and result-oriented approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- A solid understanding of European power markets and relevant sales practices.
Additional requirements include a Master's degree in economics or customer relations, or equivalent, and fluency in English and German, with other languages an asset. We offer a competitive salary package, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
