Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts and groups, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Government-approved IT equipment, operating systems, and software to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on IT resources, including network login, file management, and software usage.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Support Division to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
  • Manage the GCMC Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and HCL BigFix, ensuring timely software updates, patches, and container management.
  • Assist with managing the Mobile Device Management system for approved mobile devices, adhering to documented SOPs.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills (writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in Germany, with a minimum of one year's consecutive residency.
