Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Market Access Manager, der sich auf die aktive Preisgestaltung von Arzneimitteln spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte über eine umfassende Kenntnis der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im Gesundheitswesen verfügen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Datenanalysen durchzuführen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung von Arzneimitteln, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu sichern
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring von regulatorischen Änderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Preisgestaltung
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Pricing-Analysen, um die Geschäftsentwicklung zu unterstützen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung interner Datenbanken und Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Pricing-Abteilungen
  • Überwachung relevanter gesetzlicher Rahmenbedingungen und Identifizierung von Chancen und Risiken für das Unternehmen
  • Proaktive Initiierung und Leitung von Aufgaben und Projekten im Bereich Pricing & Contracting
  • Vorbereitung von AMNOG-Dossiers und Durchführung assoziierter Aufgaben
  • Beteiligung an der Vorbereitung von AMNOG-Erstattungsbetragsverhandlungen
  • Kontinuierliche persönliche und berufliche Weiterbildung
Anforderungen
  • Studium der Fachrichtung Pharmazie, Medizin, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften, Epidemiologie oder Public Health
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Market Access mit Schwerpunkt Rabattverträge, KV- Regularien, DRG
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SGB-V, Arzneimittelrichtlinie, GKV-Rahmenvereinbarung
  • Medizinisches Verständnis, Kenntnisse der evidenzbasierten Medizin
  • Vorerfahrungen in verschiedenen Indikationsgebieten inklusive Onkologie
  • Vorausschauende, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht darzustellen
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office Paket)
