About the Role
The Manager, Access & Value Strategy will be part of the Disease Area Access Team and support all HTA related topics along a product's life cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the early benefit assessment (AMNOG) of our products, interacting with global teams to explain the local healthcare system and supporting advice submissions to the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA).
- Supporting the timely submission of the complete value dossier to the G-BA, seeking cross-functional support from German Biostats, Medical, Regulatory, and the Business Unit.
- Supporting all steps during the value assessments, including assessment analysis, written statements, and oral hearings, as well as evidence collection and evaluation.
- Monitoring relevant competitors' AMNOG processes and continuously reporting on key outcomes and lessons learned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in life science and/or economics, training in health economics, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various positions, including market access, HEOR, and pricing.
Knowledge of the German Market Access process (AMNOG), German healthcare and drug legislation, and German Market Access requirements for the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
The Manager, Access & Value Strategy should be a team player, have analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, and advanced writing and communication skills.
