Pricing and Market Access Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing and Market Access professional to join our team at Santen. As an integral part of our Pricing and Market Access team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Management: Collaborate with local and EMEA PMA teams to manage pricing requests and approval processes.
  • Regional Governance: Ensure updates and monitoring of regional governance with local teams.
  • Tool Development: Develop tools to support price negotiations.
  • Project Management: Conduct smaller projects individually and support the organization and management of internal project teams.
  • Data Analysis: Manage and analyze data and literature.
  • Support: Provide support to the day-to-day business needs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related subject, or have completed Bachelor studies.
  • Competencies: Ability to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written), strong oral and written communications skills, strong analytical skills, good Microsoft Office skills, and good execution skills.
