Growth Marketing Analyst

As a Growth Marketing Analyst at Liberta Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and optimizing our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Nurturing: You will be responsible for generating leads throughout the customer journey, enriching them, and ensuring they are effectively passed on to the sales team.
- Content Strategy Management: Your role will involve analyzing the content needs of our target audience and developing lead magnets and relevant content to engage them.
- Performance Marketing with Google Ads: You will run and optimize Google Ads campaigns aimed at generating leads and inquiries.
- Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing channel performance will be key to maximizing the success of our initiatives.
- Marketing & Sales Process Optimization: You will develop integrated marketing and sales processes to enhance appointment and deal ratios.
- Customer Segmentation: Analyzing and identifying profitable customer segments will be essential, along with developing specific strategies to engage and retain these groups.
- Product and Market Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis and identifying market trends will help recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Product Development: You will work closely with the product development team to incorporate customer feedback into product development and create innovative solutions.
- Budget Management: Planning and managing the budget for growth initiatives will ensure efficient resource utilization and maximize ROI.
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Business Development, Growth Management, or a related field, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and a hands-on mentality.
- Professional experience with MS Office programs.
- Fluency in German and English.
