We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our International Marketing Strategy - Performance Management team in Berlin.
About the Role
As a Marketing Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with our International Marketing Strategy team to drive projects that define marketing strategy within the HQ and regional/local entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations on critical marketing topics to key decision makers.
- Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize results.
- Support senior management with regular and ad hoc reports, business cases, and other marketing topics.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting or marketing strategy/business development function in industry.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses.
- SQL knowledge required.
- High degree of comfort using Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite.
- Basic understanding of P&L/financial data.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
