Head of Digital Marketing Strategy

Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, focusing on B2B and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives to ensure maximum impact.
- Campaign Development & Data Utilization
- Build and leverage data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing intent data to target and engage key accounts effectively.
- Paid Acquisition Channels
- Paid Social: Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to reach targeted B2B audiences.
- Paid Search: Oversee PPC strategies, including keyword management and bid optimization, to drive high-quality leads.
- Display Advertising: Implement and refine display ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and support lead generation.
- Organic Channels
- Organic Social & Employee Advocacy: Drive engagement and brand awareness through organic social strategies and employee advocacy programs.
- Organic Search (SEO): Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.
- Website Management
- Serve as the primary owner of the website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead conversion, and search engine visibility.
- Nurture Programs
- Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Budget Management
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
- HubSpot & Tracking Data
- Manage HubSpot and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data tracking.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience within B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Core channel experience in organic search (SEO), paid search (PPC), and paid social.
- Experience with key tools and platforms, including marketing automation, analytics, and SEO tools.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
