Job Title: Junior Central Hub Operations Specialist

At Flink, we're looking for a talented Junior Central Hub Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and ensuring seamless execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes, collecting data and mapping out processes to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Assist in developing clear documentation for optimized processes, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contributing to process flowcharts.
  • Support Tech Team Collaboration by exploring opportunities for process enhancement with Product and Data Teams.
  • Track KPIs and metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness, regularly assessing progress and identifying areas needing further attention.
  • Monitor process changes and gather data to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Communicate results to relevant stakeholders, providing clear insights into the impact of optimizations.
Requirements:
  • Background in economics or STEM.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in operations, logistics, or last-mile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented individual.
  • Experience in G-Suite (particularly in Gsheets) and solid SQL skills.
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Looker or similar tools (Power BI) or Python/R.
  • Experience in the Food Delivery / Q-Commerce industry.
  • German language skills.
