Job Title: DACH Country Manager

About the Role:

As the DACH Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales within the DACH region. You will act as our lead representative in the market, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business plans through robust forecasting, holding Regional Distributors' accountable, and aligning operational teams.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

• Collaborate with the International teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

• Analyze Regional market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments.

• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals effectively.

• Deliver set KPIs for the year.

• Implement business reviews with key partners.

• Act as the face of the company in the market, building relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects.

• Collaborate effectively with team members.

• Interpret Accounts' sell-through-data and formulate plans fast to stay ahead of the competition, reduce risks, and increase sales.

• Make introductions to top clients, accounts, and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or a similar field is essential.

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience and 2 years working across EMEA or MENA are essential.

• 2 years minimum management experience.

• Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.

• Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

• Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

• Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, additional languages are advantageous.

• Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.
