As an Experience Center Guide, you will be part of a larger team tasked with the operational aspects of the sales process and guiding customers through the Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership cycle.
- Advise customers on product features, sales, and service processes, and convert them into sales by conducting test drives and helping them select the right product configuration and purchase option.
- Become the key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes.
- Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy by applying a customer-centric, quality mindset.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs to meet strategic milestones for business growth.
- Mentor, onboard, and coordinate junior levels, interns, and external promoter staff.
- Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with vehicle admin. team.
- Attend local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales.
- EU-wide delivery, event, and pop-up support.
- Exceptional people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability.
- Driver's license (clean record).
- 4-6 years of automotive, premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key.
- Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products.
- Fluent in German and English language skills.
