Job Summary
This role provides an exciting opportunity to guide potential electric vehicle customers and the general public in assisting them as they explore and purchase their first or next electric vehicle. The Experience Center Guide will provide guidance on GM's products, services, brand, and overall mobility offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers.
- Advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership and convert them into sales by conducting test drives, helping them select the right product configuration, and purchase option.
- Become the key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes.
- Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy by applying a customer-centric, quality mindset.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs to meet strategic milestones for business growth.
- Mentor, onboard, and coordinate junior levels, interns, and external promoter staff.
- Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with the vehicle administration team.
- Attend local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales.
- EU-wide delivery, event, and pop-up support.
Requirements:
- Exceptional people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability.
- Driver's license (clean record).
- 4-6 years of automotive, premium/luxury retail sales, or hospitality experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key.
- Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products.
- Fluent in German and English language skills.
