Job Title: Cadillac City Sales Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work with potential electric vehicle customers and the general public, guiding them through their exploration journey and helping them purchase their first or next electric vehicle.

About the Role:
  • Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers
  • Advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership and convert them into sales
  • Become the key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales and service processes
  • Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs
  • Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff
  • Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with vehicle admin. team
  • Attend local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales
Requirements:
  • Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability
  • Driver's license (clean record)
  • 4-6 years of automotive, premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality experience
  • Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key
  • Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products
  • Fluent in German and English language skills
