About the Role

The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the business development team, ensuring they can focus on servicing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone, administrative, and general sales support to enable sales representatives to pursue new business.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing reports and analyses.
  • Organizing presentations and dealing with proactive and reactive calls from clients.
  • Setting up and maintaining client lists for various occasions.
  • Creating agendas for meetings and helping with the organization of business development events.
  • Providing client service, sending standard information, and emailing to answer client requests.
  • Liaising with different departments, such as Legal and Investment Teams.
  • General administrative duties, including travel booking and expenses.
  • Proofreading texts and presentations and handling Salesforce requests.
  • Budget control, maintenance, and overview.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of MS Teams and similar video conferencing tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A good team player with persuading and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Attention to detail, drive for results, and strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification / Professional Experience:

  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Understanding of financial markets and fund products.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills in German and English.

  • Basic experience with events for clients and prospects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
