Beschreibung des Arbeitsplatzes

Mit uns entwickelst du dich in einer dynamischen Kundenberatungsumgebung weiter und arbeitest engagiert an unserer Philosophie, Kund:innen stets zufrieden zu sehen. Durch ein effizientes 3-wöchiges Onboarding und kontinuierliche Trainings findest du innovative Lösungen, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Du bist unser:e erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und gibst ihnen rund um laufende Miete, Fahrzeuge, App-Funktionen und Zahlungsoptionen kompetente Unterstützung.
  • Du entgegnst Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail im Schichtdienst und behebst diese schnellstmöglich.
  • Du erstellst detaillierte Berichte über Fehlfunktionen in der App oder in unseren Fahrzeugen und teilst sie mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus.
Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Du analysierst Probleme und findest Methoden, wie man sie effizient lösen kann.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Service Center zusammen und entwickelst gemeinsam Lösungen.
Voraussetzungen
  • Du bist eine/eine echte/r Problemlöser:in mit großem Engagement für unsere Kund:innen.
  • Du bringst herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Umgangsformen mit und kennst dich gut mit der Anwendung von Kundensupport-Software aus.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast zusätzlich Französisch und/oder Niederländisch als Plus.
  • Du hast viel Spaß bei der Arbeit und ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist, positiver Stimmung und Engagement, um den Fun Factor in unserem Customer-Care-Team zu halten.
  • Du bist emphatisch, hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und möchtest immer helfen.
Bezahlung und Benefits
  • Ein monatliches Gehalt von €2.370,00 brutto wartet auf dich sowie monatliche performanceorientierte Boni und Zuschläge für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsschichten.
