About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our facility operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and more
  • Optimise workspace layout and manage space allocation to meet organisational needs
  • Lead vendor management, including hiring contractors and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless facility operations
  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with German EHSS standards and ISO frameworks
  • Conduct first aid, evacuation, and safety training, ensuring employee awareness and preparedness
Your Profile
  • At least five years of experience in a comparable role within EHSS or facility management
  • Prior experience in EHSS, particularly in workplace safety and environmental protection, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Please note that this position is located in the Aachen office of Project A Ventures. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
