Fabrication Director

We're seeking a highly experienced Fabrication Director to lead our semiconductor foundry. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, installation, and ramp-up phase of a pilot fab for a novel photonic technology integrated in backend of CMOS electronics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for designing and setting up a new 300 mm pilot production site.
- Ramp up the cleanroom facility to ensure readiness for equipment installation.
- Manage tool move-in, hookup, and site acceptance with partners and internal teams.
- Build the fab organization, including teams for facility support, operations, maintenance, automation, and quality and yield.
- Optimize production processes, introduce automation, and intelligent technologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Align with CTO to arrange production resources, ensuring efficient and high-quality operation of production lines and technology R&D.
- Completed degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior management positions in semiconductor fab management roles.
- Experience in semiconductor fab technology development.
- Extensive expertise in automated production processes, workflows, and quality management.
- Proficiency in creating and adjusting production plans.
