About the Job

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Semiconductor Production Leader to oversee the development and management of our semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in semiconductor production, leadership, and technical expertise to join our team and make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes, including planning, construction, startup, and operation of semiconductor manufacturing facilities. A successful candidate will be able to lead a team of experienced professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Development and Management:
  • Ramp up cleanroom facilities to ensure they are ready for equipment on schedule
  • Participate in procurement, inspecting, managing, and evaluating suppliers to guarantee delivery quality and establish long-term cooperative relationships
  • Manage tool move-in, hookup, and site acceptance together with partners and internal teams
  • Production Leadership:
  • Built the fab organization, including teams for facility support, operations and maintenance, automation, and quality and yield
  • Aftr completion of ramp-up, make strategic decisions on the fab organization, optimize production processes, introduce automation and intelligent technologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
  • Quality and Efficiency:
  • Align with the CTO department to arrange production resources efficiently and operate production lines and technology R&D
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and requirements, monitor product inspection and testing, handle exceptions timely, and monitor quality to improve technology quality and process efficiency
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior semiconductor fab management roles
  • Extensive expertise in automated production processes, workflows, and quality management
  • Proficiency in creating and adjusting production plans based on production tasks and resource conditions
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in equipment and facility maintenance and management
  • In-depth knowledge with production cost controls and cost analysis
  • In-depth communication knowledge and skills to align fab operations and R&D teams smoothly
Estimated Salary Range:

€120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
