Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers, promoting retention and loyalty to CHL, and driving growth of our owner base.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Regular communication with customers, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, advice, and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboarding and Verification: Onboarding and verifying new owners, setting them up for success on the platform, and providing guidance on how to maximize their experience.
- Growth and Development: Driving growth of Premium Members and Instant Bookers by acquiring and converting casual users, and engaging with owners regarding listing completion, listing reviews, and booking management.
- Marketing and Promotion: Producing and developing marketing collateral for CHL Premium Members, working with internal and external designers/suppliers to deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving and Resolution: Providing advice and recommendations to owners to enhance performance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customers adhere to CHL's community and brand standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Delivering on KPIs, reporting on platform bugs, improvements, and new requirements, and liaising with Senior Management to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Language Skills: English and German business fluency are a requirement, Dutch skills are a nice-to-have but not essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing great customer service with an ability to build rapport with customers & service providers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build & maintain relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated to achieve targets & outcomes (both personal and team).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, resolution, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Time Management: Resilience to work well under pressure with effective time management and prioritization skills.
