Venture Development Manager

Wir suchen einen dynamischen und engagierten Venture Development Manager (m/w/d), um unsere Expansion in neue internationale Märkte voranzutreiben.
Aufgaben- Strategische Marktanalyse & Recherche: Du führst detaillierte Recherchen in ausgewählten internationalen Märkten durch, um ein tiefes Verständnis für potenzielle B2B-Kunden und Marktopportunitäten zu gewinnen.
- Erste Marktexploration & Kundenansprache: Du organisierst und koordinierst erste Gespräche mit potenziellen Kunden in den identifizierten Zielmärkten und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei Verhandlungen und Präsentationen.
- Implementierung und Markteintritt: Du setzt gemeinsam mit unserem Team die notwendigen Prozesse und Strategien um, um einen erfolgreichen Markteintritt zu gewährleisten.
- Unternehmerische Verantwortung: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und übernimmst von Anfang an unternehmerische Verantwortung.
- Studiums- und Berufserfahrung: Du hast einen Abschluss in Wirtschaft, einem MINT-Fach oder Ähnlichem sowie erste Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im SaaS-Bereich.
- Eigeninitiative und Innovationsfreude: Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und bringst Ideen ein, um das Business Development Team voranzubringen.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
