About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing funding programs that support the growth and development of businesses and organizations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement funding programs that align with the bank's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of funding programs, including the development of program guidelines and procedures
  • Provide technical assistance and support to businesses and organizations to help them access funding and other resources
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of funding programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in business development, funding, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of funding programs and policies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
