Service Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Service Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team at SOFAR, a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute service strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead service experience teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Monitor financials and assess service improvements to drive business growth
- Partner with EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives
- Ensure fast-paced in-market performance and growth in business areas
- At least 5 years of experience leading after-sales service teams in the photovoltaic industry
- Strong record of customer service excellence
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
