Service Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Strategy Manager to join our team at SOFAR, a leading high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute service strategies to improve service performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead service experience to ensure best-in-class customer experience in every interaction
- Monitor financials from a service perspective and maintain an overview of cost savings, operational costs, profit, and loss
- Partner with EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives for Europe
- Ensure fast pace in-market performance and seek growth in the majority of business areas
- At least 5 years of experience leading a after-sales service team in the photovoltaic industry
- Strong record of customer service excellence
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
