Service Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Strategy Manager to join our team at SOFAR, a leading high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive service strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a service strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead service experience to ensure best-in-class customer experience in every interaction
- Monitor financials from a service perspective and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Partner with EU Team and Global HQ to define service and delivery objectives for Europe
- Collaborate with service teams to provide a standardized set-up for success and excellence in insights, processes, and systems
- At least 5 years of experience leading a after-sales service team in the photovoltaic industry
- Strong record of customer service excellence
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
