Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the energy sector.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and guide the sales team to develop strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Forecast and Manage Sales Quotas: Establish and manage annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives and ensure the sales team is aligned with business goals.

Requirements
