Overview:

Talent Magpie is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our international market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the global marketing strategy: Create and implement a marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and supports sales growth.
  • Oversee sales operations: Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget: Effectively allocate resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.
  • Lead a diverse marketing team: Implement campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to elevate brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research: Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends within the BESS and renewable energy sectors.
  • Collaborate with product development: Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and product innovation to drive business growth.
  • Represent the company: Act as the global brand ambassador, representing Talent Magpie at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience: In marketing leadership roles, preferably within the renewable energy or ESS sectors.
  • Proven track record: In driving successful international marketing campaigns and sales operations.
  • Strong understanding: Of the global energy market, with experience in Europe.
  • Exceptional leadership: Skills, including communication and stakeholder management.
