Regional Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our Regional Marketing Organisation in the DACH region. As a key member of our Global Marketing Management Team, you will be responsible for implementing our Global marketing strategy locally and ensuring the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Marketing Organisation and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth in the DACH region.
  • Implement the Global marketing strategy locally and ensure alignment with Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management, and Global/DACH T&E.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Management Team and Regional sales organization to drive business results.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive MQL and SQL to the sales organization and drive regional PD initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring country/RSM/Rep performances, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth in the DACH region.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Marketing and Communication or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Excellent product and marketing knowledge.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Able to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently while aligning with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing organization, Regional sales organization, and DACH T&E organization.
  • Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive practical experience in working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
