About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, strategic partnerships, and market growth within the EV charging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, qualify deals, and manage tenders for DC and AC chargers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve short- and long-term sales
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with customer partners, collaborating cross-functionally
  • Generate and nurture a strategic account pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and operations
  • Support sales of AC chargers included in PV systems
  • Monitor developments in the EV charging market, providing recommendations to meet customer needs
  • Participate in exhibitions and seminars to expand business reach
  • Identify and pursue leads for both DC and AC EV chargers
  • Prepare and submit tenders for EV charging projects, negotiating and closing sales contracts
  • Stay updated on market trends, providing insights, reports, and forecasts to management
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree with a focus on energy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the EV charging industry
  • Technical knowledge in E-Mobility
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer visits, fairs, and events
