Deine Aufgaben

Als Datenschutzbeauftragte*r bei Uniper wirst du an den Head of Data Protection berichten, der in Deutschland ansässig ist. Deine Aufgaben umfassen alle gesetzlichen Pflichten, wie die Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei Datenschutzanfragen, das Beantworten von Anfragen betroffener Personen, das Beraten zu deutschland-spezifischen Datenschutzfragen, das Überprüfen von Datenschutzvereinbarungen und die Unterstützung bei Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen (DPIAs).

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Vorherige Erfahrung in datenschutzbezogenen Tätigkeiten, entweder inhouse oder in einer Kanzlei, ist unerlässlich.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Datenschutz sind erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse der Datenschutzgesetze, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die DSGVO/BDSG
