Shape TUI's Digital Presence Through Strategic Domain Management

As a Domain Management Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and optimizing TUI's online footprint. You will develop and execute domain strategies that align with our overarching digital goals, ensuring a robust and secure online presence for the world's leading tourism company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Craft comprehensive domain strategies to support TUI's digital ambitions while streamlining our domain portfolio for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with branding, brand protection, and IT teams to seamlessly integrate cybersecurity enhancements into our domain management practices.
  • Establish clear rules and processes governing domain and DNS management, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Drive project implementation through meticulous planning, reporting, and progress tracking, gathering critical insights along the way.
  • Elevate awareness and understanding of domain management principles within TUI, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular reviews of our existing domain portfolio to identify opportunities for consolidation or optimization, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on domain, subdomain, SSL, and DNS requests, including the development of effective redirection strategies.
  • Leverage your expertise to implement efficient workflows for domain and SSL management, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Maintain meticulous records of our domain and SSL portfolio, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Your Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing portfolio management strategies within a global, matrix-structured organization.
  • In-depth understanding of domain evaluation, DNS rules alignment with business objectives, IT security, and brand strategy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements and technical aspects related to domains.
  • Proven experience working with TLS/SSL certificates.
  • Active involvement in digitalization initiatives encompassing APIs and IT infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
