Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Lead Brand Strategist for Corona in Germany is to shape and steer the brand strategy for the German market in collaboration with the respective commercial teams.

As Corona is a key player in the German market and ranks among the top three Corona markets in Europe, this role is crucial in ensuring that the brand is executed to the highest standards, employing a comprehensive approach to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal brand representative for Germany in all significant operational discussions with key stakeholders, ensuring that execution aligns with the brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage the Corona budget in Germany, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while adhering to financial constraints.
  • Lead the annual brand strategy planning process, collaborating with commercial counterparts to define key brand objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine the local Corona product architecture and innovation pipeline, overseeing business case development and ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of major initiatives, such as integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and monitoring performance against established metrics.
  • Conduct regular brand performance updates in monthly and quarterly forums, providing insights and context on key projects.
  • Act as the voice of Germany within the global team, ensuring that global initiatives are tailored to meet the specific needs of the German market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in brand management or a related role within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong grasp of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Competence in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with a talent for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A mindset geared towards ambitious goals and superior performance.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
