Domain Management Leader

POSITION OVERVIEW

The role involves the development of domain strategies that align with digital objectives while enhancing TUI's domain portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate domain strategies to meet digital transformation goals and optimize the domain portfolio.
  • Work closely with teams in branding, brand protection, and IT to incorporate cybersecurity enhancements.
  • Establish guidelines and procedures for domain and DNS oversight.
  • Execute strategies through effective project management and reporting, ensuring progress and collecting essential information.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of domain management beyond the immediate team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the existing domain portfolio for potential consolidation or optimization.
  • Provide guidance on domain, subdomain, SSL, and DNS inquiries, including redirection tactics.
  • Demonstrate experience in implementing workflows for streamlined domain and SSL management.
  • Design and develop tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized domain and SSL portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in portfolio management strategies within a global matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of domain evaluation, DNS regulations, IT security, and brand strategy alignment.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and technical dimensions of domain management.
  • Experience with TLS/SSL certificates is essential.
  • Participation in digitalization initiatives related to APIs and IT frameworks.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems such as JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
