Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to international clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, orders, and offers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process and manage customer returns, refunds, and exchanges with precision and care.
  • Monitor and oversee payment processing, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the analysis, optimization, and implementation of business processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in projects that shape the future of our customer service operations, driving growth and excellence.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufleute, Speditionskaufleute)
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Strong understanding and interest in operational systems and processes
  • Knowledge of designing and optimizing organizational structures and processes
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in export and logistics of an industrial or wholesale company
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications
  • Fluent German and English, with additional languages a plus
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent, goal-oriented, analytical, and structured work approach
