Data Reporting Specialist

At BASF Services Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist People Data Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our People Data Reporting Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our global reporting campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, execute, and review global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of data from HR systems and controlling systems, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality data reporting tools and processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns, ensuring effective data handling and reporting.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
- Strong knowledge of reporting processes and HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
