Data Reporting Specialist

At BASF Services Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist People Data Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our People Data Reporting Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our global reporting campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, execute, and review global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of data from HR systems and controlling systems, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs and leaders, providing expert advice and guidance on data handling and reporting.
- Train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns, ensuring high data quality and adherence to company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of reporting processes and HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Gross annual salary (full-time): €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
- Bonus dependent on company success and individual performance.
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave, and sabbatical options.
- Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
- Flexible working hours and location-independent working models.
