Data Reporting Specialist

At BASF Services Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in People Data Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our service unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, execute, and review annual global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of data from HR systems and controlling systems, including HRBW, SAP-HR, COINS, and Cobalt.
- Develop and implement data reporting and project management skills working on BASF's global reporting campaigns.
- Ensure high data quality in data collection and reporting, using state-of-the-art tools.
- Act as a contact person for HRBPs and leaders, advising them within your area of competence.
- Train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields.
- Professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
- Knowledge and understanding of reporting processes as well as HR processes.
- Strong self-organization, committed service mindset, self-driven, and cooperative.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills, German skills a plus.
- Gross annual salary (full-time): €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
- Bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave, and sabbatical options.
- Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
