Data Reporting Specialist

At BASF Services Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in People Data Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our HR service unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, execute, and review global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of data from HR systems and controlling systems, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data reporting and project management skills, working on BASF's global reporting campaigns.
- Ensure high data quality in data collection and reporting, using state-of-the-art tools.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HRBPs and leaders on data handling and reporting.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
- Knowledge and understanding of reporting processes and HR processes.
- Strong self-organization, committed service mindset, self-driven, and cooperative.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills, German skills a plus.
- Gross annual salary (full-time): €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
- Bonus dependent on company success and individual performance.
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave, and sabbatical options.
- Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
- Flexible working hours and location-independent working models.
