We're on a mission to democratize wealth, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our regulatory reporting processes and ensuring compliance with EU and German regulations.
About the Role
- Develop and implement regulatory reports and disclosures, including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, and Pillar 3.
- Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements, ensuring our processes and controls are up-to-date and compliant.
- Work independently to improve and automate our processes, controls, and data quality.
- Take ownership of interdisciplinary projects and lead regulatory issues, such as new product processes and market expansions.
What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in finance, accounting, or law.
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or consulting/auditing at a Big Four firm.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
- Experience with reporting software is a plus.
- Internal communication within the team is mainly in English.
