Channel Account Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Channel Account Manager, der unsere Partnerschaften mit IT-Systemhäusern und Resellern weiter ausbauen und stärken möchte.
Aufgaben- Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit IT-Systemhäusern und Resellern
- Betreuung bestehender Partner und Akquisition neuer Vertriebspartner im IT-Umfeld
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern
- Beratung und Schulung der Partner zu unseren Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Lösungen
- Unterstützung der Partner bei der Lead-Generierung, Verkaufsförderung und bei der Durchführung von Vertriebsaktionen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Partner zu entwickeln
- Monitoring und Reporting der Verkaufsaktivitäten, Markttrends und Wettbewerbssituation
- Teilnahme an Messen, Konferenzen und Partnerveranstaltungen zur Stärkung der Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Channel-Management, idealerweise im IT- oder Technologieumfeld oder Hardware Geschäft im Bereich von Rechenzentren
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des B2B-Vertriebs, insbesondere im Umgang mit IT-Systemhäusern und Resellern
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Reisebereitschaft und Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
