About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager to join our team at Remote People. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and engaging with channel partners to build brand awareness, drive revenue, and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new partners, providing support and training to ensure their success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, analyzing market potential and collecting valid product requirements.
  • Drive regional marketing activities, introducing Rocware brand and UCC products to customers and new partners.
  • Recruit new resellers in the region, building strong relationships and business with partners.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in channel development or UCC relevant sales.
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Relevant industry background in UCC, Video conference, or relevant.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (or Equivalent), Engineering or IT.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated character.
