About the Role

As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will serve as the right-hand person to our Director Commercial, playing a crucial role in shaping the department's strategic direction. This dynamic position will focus on our most critical projects, providing insights into building a scalable revenue organization and successfully scaling up our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: You will create new strategic concepts necessary for the organization's alignment (e.g., commission models).
  • Growth Drivers: You will take on particularly important projects and manage them independently (e.g., developing a new go-to-market strategy, leveraging partner management).
  • Process Optimization: You will develop new processes and implement them within your department and in coordination with other departments (e.g., sales recruiting strategy with HR).
  • Planning: You will prepare key projects for discussion with our founders (e.g., creating business plans and strategic alignment).
  • Revenue Operations: Together with Revenue Operations, you will identify hypotheses to improve performance, track them, and implement reporting.
Requirements
  • Background: You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: You have several years of experience in a dynamic environment (start-up, management consulting).
  • Ambition: You are eager to develop personally and are willing to take on responsibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: You can manage expectations well and motivate employees from various teams to work on projects.
  • Crisis Management: You remain calm even in projects with high responsibility and time pressure.
  • Interest: You are very curious and want to understand our customers and the market in detail to align us optimally with them.
  • Analytics: You have strong analytical skills to make the right decisions or distribute the budget.
  • Language: You speak German at a native level and have business English skills.
